that contains a link to 'update your profile'.
Click on the link within the email that your receive.

Next: Click on the "update your profile" link in the email to edit your information. 

Note:  In order to change your old email address, it must still be active so that you can recieve the confirmation email that will be sent to the old address. 
IF your OLD email is no longer active you must enter a new SITL record by clicking here.
YOU CANNOT USE THE SITL FORM IF YOU EMAIL IS ALREADY IN THE DATABASE.

You can update your email by clicking on [ update ] next to your email address
as shown on the screen below.
Make sure you click the box(es) to indicate your selections as shown below.
When you are finished you must "Save your profile changes"
